A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We’ll move your website(s) to our top–class cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching web hosting providers can lead to lost info and unnecessary network downtime. That is the reason why we will perform all that for you for free!We have highly experienced administrators whose principal job is to make certain that your website works precisely as it did on your former web hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on famous web apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time frame, since there are a lot of variables, including the size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to transfer your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the website content is not very large).

A: We don’t need any private info. We’ll need, however, the login info for your old web hosting account as well as the name of the website that you’d like to move.

A: While we migrate your web content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will not touch base with them in any way.

A: We can migrate your web site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform on condition that we can gain access to the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we are unable to migrate are those based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
